THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA REDUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on August 8, 1995 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Smith, DeSaulnier, Torlakson, Bishop

ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 95/365
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 7729, Walnut Creek Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision
7729 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with MSM Development
Corporation heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision
Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of August 8, 1995 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in
case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no one year warranty period required, and the
Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $1000 cash security for performance
(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 237324, dated January 13, 1994) plus interest in accordance with
Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to MSM Development Corporation pursuant to
the requirements of the Ordinance Code.
