The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
1. Superior Court Services Clerk IV (JWX6) and Superior Court Services Clerk IV-Technician
(2BT4) shall be reallocated from salary level XC-1654 ($2261-2886) to salary level XC-1669
($2295-2931) effective July 1, 1994 through December 30, 1994. In lieu of retroactive pay,
employees will receive a lump sum payment computed as follows: Employee's regular pay
and overtime pay will be added together for each applicable pay period to determine the
Retro Pay Base. This base will then be multiplied by .005 to arrive at the employee's lump
sum payment.
2. Superior Court Services Clerk IV (JWX6) and Superior Court Services Clerk IV-Technician
(2BT4) shall be reallocated from salary level XC-1669 ($2295-2931) to salary level XC-1686
($2334-2982) effective January 1, 1995. In lieu of retroactive pay, employees will receive
a lump sum payment computed as follows: Employee's regular pay and overtime pay will
be added together for each applicable pay period to determine the Retro Pay Base. This base
will then be multiplied to .007 to arrive at the employee's lump sum payment.
