C .yy THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on July 25, 1995 by the following vote: AYES: SUPERVISORS ROGERS, SMITH, DeSAULNIER, TORLAKSON, BISHOP NOES: NONE.- ABSENT: NONE ABSTAIN: NONE In The Matter of Establishing an ) Extended Range (Deep Class) ) for Library Assistant ) Resolution No. 95/336 The County Library Department and Contra Costa County Employees Association, Local No. One, have reached agreement on the creation of a single (Deep) classification unifying the Library Assistant I and Library Assistant II job series to the extent necessary for restoration of reversionary (bumping) rights within the Library into the Clerical Deep Class. Transitional seniority patterns were disrupted in June 1993 by the reallocation of all Library Clerk positions into Clerks. The parties have agreed that this action does not alter the current duties and responsibilities of either Library Assistant I or Library Assistant II, but is executed to conform to Section 20 (Deep Class) of the County Salary Regulations and Resolution 83/1 relating to the establishment of Deep Classes; Now Therefore: The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in its capacity as governing Board of the County of Contra Costa, and all districts of which it is the ex-officio governing Board, RESOLVES THAT: 1 . Effective July 1 ; 1995 the attached Side Letter between the County and Contra Costa County Employees Association, Local No. One, dated July 14, 1995 creating a Library Assistant Deep Class is approved and adopted. 1 hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of S upery rs on the date shown.
