County-Byron Airport FAA AIP 43-06-0008-05 ) RESOLUTION NO.94/407
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that:
The County of Contra Costa on June 8, 1994,contracted with Ferma Corporation, 1265 Montecito Avenue, Suite 200,
Mountain View, CA 94043 for the Byron Hot Springs Road Relocation Project at Contra Costa County-Byron
Airport.
The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special
provisions,and standard specifications,and recommends its acceptance as complete as of July 5, 1994.
Therefore, said work is accepted as completed on said date, and the Clerk shall file with the County Recorder a copy
of this Resolution and Notice of Completion for said contract.
PASSED BY THE BOARD ON August 9, 1994 , 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Smith, Bishop, DeSaulnier, Torlakson and Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
