HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 07191994 - 94-373 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on July 19, 1994 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Smith, Bishop, DeSaulnier, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 94/373 SUBJECT: Approval of the Trail Improvement Agreement for Subdivision 7737, Bay Point Area (Hill 410 to Jill Avenue). The following document was presented for Board approval this date for Subdivision 7737, property located in the Bay Point area. A Trail Improvement Agreement with Kaufman and Broad of Northern California, Inc., developer, whereby said developer agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Trail Improvement Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Improvements consist of the construction of a 4 foot decomposed granite trail east of Driftwood Drive (Hill 410). Complete with signing, striping, benches and drainage facilities. As shown on the landscape plans by John Nicol and Associates dated December 22, 1992, for Subdivisions 7597 and 7737. Said document was accompanied by the following: Security to guarantee the completion of trail and drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: A corporate surety bond dated June 22, 1994, and issued by American Casualty Company (Bond No. 900841915) with Kaufman and Broad of Northern California, Inc. as principal, in the amount of $14,860 for faithful performance. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said Trail Improvement Agreement is APPROVED.
