THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on August 13, 1991 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 91/557
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 6706, Alamo Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the
improvements in Subdivision 6706 have been completed as provided in
the Subdivision Agreement with Louis F. and Marcie Plummer
heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of
the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of July 25, 1991 thereby establishing the six-month
terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under
said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no one year warranty
period required, and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to
refund the $1, 000 cash security for performance (Auditor's Deposit
Permit No. 154900, dated April 10, 1989) plus interest in
accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to
Louis F. and Marcie Plummer pursuant to the requirements of the
Ordinance Code.
I hereby certify that this Is a true and COff9d copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
