This action has created compaction of salaries between the working levels and the higher level management classes in the Dispatcher job series. The previous salary differential between Senior Sheriff's Dispatcher and Sheriff's Communications Center Director of 23.5% has been reduced to 2.3% and will effectively result in the subordinate receiving more compensation than the supervisor when normal overtime is included. Restoration of preexisting salary relationships is necessary to.mai-ntain the classification plan. NOW THEREFORE, THE CONTRA COSTA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RESOLVES THAT: 1. Effective August 1, 1989, the salary schedule/level of the below listed classes shall be as indicated: Class Schedule/Level Sheriff's Communications Center Director (64NC) C5-1995 ($3339-4058) Sheriff's Communication Specialist (PESA) C5-1932 ($3135-3810) cc: Personnel Department, 3rd Floor Personnel Department, 2nd Floor (R.
