THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

vote:

SUBJECT: Conveyance of Surplus Real Property
Project No. 7567-6D8632
Richmond Area
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County as the
Governing Body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water
Conservation district, RESOLVES THAT:
The District acquired the real property on San Pablo Creek
in Richmond, described in Exhibit "All attached hereto, for flood
control purposes. Said property is DETERMINED to be surplus and
no longer necessary for District or other public purposes and its
estimated value does not exceed $10, 000. 00.
This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance
of said property to Mitchell Bros. Terminal Co. , pursuant to
Government Code Section 25526.5 and the Board Chair is hereby
AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant - Deed on behalf of the District as
partial consideration for property conveyed by Mitchell Bros. to
the District for the San Pablo Creek flood control project.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause the deed
to be delivered to the grantee.
This activity is not subject to the California Environ-
mental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15061 (b) (3) of Chapter 3 .
of the CEQA Guidelines as it can be seen with certainty that
there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant
effect on the environment.
I hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors"on the date shown.

A portion of Lot E as shown on the map of Sampson Tams Ranch filed July 1 ,
1907 in Book 1 of Maps at page 7 records of Contra Costa County, California ,
described as follows:
Commencing at Point "BB" as previously described above in PARCELS 1488
THROUGH 1494 INCLUSIVE; thence leaving said point of commencement north 10
18' 53" east 75.00 feet to a point on the northerly line of said PARCELS
1488 THROUGH 1494 INCLUSIVE being the True Point of Beginning for the herein
described parcel ; thence leaving said True Point of Beginning along said
line south 880 41' 07" east 115.64 feet; thence easterly along the arc of a
tangent curve concave to the north, having a radius of 841.42 feet, through
a central angle of 20 03' 24" an arc length of 30.20 feet to the centerline
of San Pablo Creek; thence along said creek centerline the following
courses , north 40 00' 00" west 40.24 feet, north 390 15' 00" west 37.00
feet; north 330 00' 00" west 130.00 feet; north 520 55' 00" west 37.00 feet;
north 890 45' 00" west 49.00 feet; south 420 00' 00" west 49.00 feet; south

leaving said creek centerline along the westerly line of said Lot E (1 M 7)
