Salary Differential for Operator
of Paint Striper RESOLUTION NO. 89/533
The Contra Costa County Public Works Department currently pays an additional
2 1/2% salary differential to Equipment Operator' s II who operate several
specialized pieces of equipment.
The Public Works Department has recently purchased a new Idaho Norland road
paint striper. This new machine is much more complex and efficient than past
road paint stripers. The Personnel Department has reviewed the operation of
this new paint striper and recommends that the operator receive a differential .
THEREFORE BE IT BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that effective August 1, 1989 the
Equipment Operator II assigned to the Idaho Norland Paint Striper, 117813
receive a salary differential of 2.5% per month.
