IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
In the matter proclaiming )
the week of July 25 - 31, ) RESOLUTION NO. 89/510
1989 Contra Costa County )
Fair Week )
WHEREAS, the Contra Costa County Fair gives people the
chance to discover the economic, recreational and ethnic
diversity that exists here; and
WHEREAS, the County Fair affords residents with the
opportunity to have fun with their friends and families; and
WHEREAS, the County Fair is an interesting event for
people of all ages;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of
Supervisors of Contra Costa County hereby proclaims the week
of July 25 - 31, 1989 as Contra Costa County Fair Week; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors
encourages county residents to attend the County Fair and
enjoy themselves.
PASSED by unanimous vote of the Board on July 25,
1989.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and
correct copy of an order entered on the minutes of said
Board of Supervisors on the date aforesaid.
