RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
It intends to purchase from the Argent Mortgage and Investment
Corporation for County Airport purposes, the real property described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for $1,159,500.00, in accordance
with the terms and conditions of the Right of Way Contract between
the County of Contra Costa and the Argent Mortgage and Investment
Corporation, dated September 1, 1988, which is a fair and reasonable
price therefor. A copy of said contract is on file in the Public
Works Department.
This Board will meet on November 8, 1988 at 11:00 a.m. in the
Board's Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, Califor-
nia, to consummate this purchase and the Clerk of this Board is
DIRECTED to publish the following notice in the Contra Costa Times
pursuant to Government Code Section 6063.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County declares its
intention to purchase from Argent Mortgage and Investment Corpora-
tion, at a price of $1,159,500.00, the property known as Assessor's
Parcel Numbers 001-011-015 and 016 with buildings containing
approximately 10,000 square feet of floor space plus various other
improvements on approximately 304 acres of land located at 6901
Armstrong Road, Byron, California and more particularly described in
Resolution No. 88/ 625 of the Board and will meet at 11:00 a.m. on
November 8, 1988, in its Chambers, County Administration Building,
651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, to consummate the purchase.

Township 1 South, Range 3 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, distant thereon
North 575 feet from the southwest corner of said northwest 1/4; thence running
North along the west line of the northwest 1/4 of said Section 22, 2066.30 feet
to the north line of said Section 22; thence along said north line of said
Section 22, North 89° 48' 40" East 2654.80 feet to the northeast corner of said
-northwest 1/4 of said Section 22; thence along the east line of said northwest
1/4 of said Section 22; South 0° 08' East 2075.06 feet, and thence West 2659.62
