Adopted this Resolution on September 20, 1988, by the following
vote:

SUBJECT: Conveyance of Surplus Real Property
to Richmond Unified School District
Project: Wildcat Creek
Project No. 7527-6D8617
Richmond Area
The Board of Supervisors as the Governing Body of the
Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District
RESOLVES THAT:
The District acquired the real property on Wildcat Creek
in Richmond, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for flood
control purposes. Said property is DETERMINED to be surplus and
no longer necessary for County or other public purposes and its
estimated value does not exceed $10, 000. 00.
This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance
of said property to the Richmond Unified School District pursuant
to Government Code Section 25526. 5 and the Board Chair is hereby
AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant Deed on behalf of the District as
part of an acquisition/trade transaction.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause the Deed
to be delivered to the grantee.
The Board hereby FINDS that the project will not have a
significant effect on the environment, and DETERMINES that the
project is exempt from' the requirements of the California
Environmental Quality Act as a Class 12 Categorical Exemption
under County Guidelines hand Section 15312 of the State CEQA
Guidelines, and DIRECTS the Public Works Director to file a
Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk. This activity has
been found to conform to the County General Plan.

A portion of Parcel One described in the deed to Contra Costa County Flood
Control arra Water conservation District, recorded December 31, 1986 in Book
13359 at page 667, Official Records of Contra Costa County, California,
described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Block 4 as said Block is shown on the
Map of North Ricbmo nd Tract Number 1 Addition filed Jeune 1, 1915 in Book 12
of Maps at page 274 records of said County, said point also being the
southeast corner of that parcel of land described in the deed to the San
Pablo School District, recorded April 25, 1949 in Book 1377 at page 392,
Official Records of said County; thence from said Point of Comenc®ent,
along the easterly line of said San Pablo School District Parcel (1377 O.R.
392) , north .10 05' 40" east 138.71 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence,
leaving said Point of Beginning continuing along said easterly line (1377
O.R. 392) , north 10 05' 40" east 356.29 feet to a point which lies 25.00
feet southerly (right angle measure) frcm the northeast corner of said San
Pablo School District parcel (1377 O.R. 392) ; thence leaving said easterly
line, south 880 39' 40" east 68.04 feet; thence south 10 05' 40" west 207.08
feet; thence south 290 18' 27" west 53.75 feet; thence southwesterly along
the arc of a tangent curve concave to the southeast having a radius of
125.52 feet, . through a central angle of 90 48' 2711, an arc length of 21.49
feet; thence, tangent to said curve, south 190 30' 00" west 52.85 feet;
thence southwesterly along the arc of a tangent curve concave to the
northwest having a radius of 100.00 feet, through a central angle of 200 50'
5511, an arc length of 36.39 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing an area of 0.438 acre, more or less.
Bearings and distances used in the above description are based on the
California Coordinate System Zone III (CCS 27) . To obtain ground distance
multiply distances used by 1.0000641.
