HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 09131988 - 88-586 .......... f f" tS� THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on September 13 , 1988 by the following vote: r AYES: Supervisors Powers , ,F.anden, McPeak, Torlakson & Schroder NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 88/586 SUBJECT: Approval of the Parcel Map and Subdivision Warranty Agreement for Subdivision MS 33-83 , Alamo Area. The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: The Parcel Map of Subdivision MS 33-83, property located in the Alamo area, said map having been certified by the proper officials. A Subdivision Warranty Agreement with Robert Spencer, subdivider, whereby said subdivider provides security for the six month lien period for labor and materials; there being no need for security for performance as this Board accepted the improvements as complete on August 23, 1988. Said documents were accompanied by: I. Security to guarantee the six month lien period for the filing of liens as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 144843, dated August 24, 1988) in the amount of $5, 500 made by Robert Spencer. II. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1987-88 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1988-89 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of March, 1988, is estimated to be $2, 000. III. Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code in the form of a cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 138773, dated April 13, 1988) made by Robert Spencer in the amount of $2, 000 guaranteeing the payment of the estimated tax; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans. •BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
