HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 08091988 - 88-510 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on August 9, 1988 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson & Schroder NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 88/510 SUBJECT: Resolution ordering improvement and annexing Subdivisions 6862 (Vintage III) , 7089 (Vintage IV) to Zone 15 of the County Landscaping and Lighting District AD 1979-3 (LL-2) . The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that: 1. On this date the Board ADOPTED its Resolution Initiating Proceedings for the annexation of Subdivision 6862 (Vintage III) and Subdivision 7089 (Vintage IV) to Zone 15 of the County Landscaping and Lighting District AD 1979-3 (LL-2) , and DIRECTED the preparation and filing of an Engineer's Report on the proposed annexation. 2 . The Engineer for the proceedings has filed an engineer's Report with the Clerk of the Board. 3 . Owners of all land within the boundaries of Subdivisions 6862 and 7089 have filed their consent for annexation to Zone 15 without notice or hearing, and to the adoption of the Engineer's Report and the levy of assessments stated therein. 4. The Board hereby ORDERS the improvements and the annexation of Subdivision 6862 (Vintage III) and Subdivision 7089 (Vintage IV) to Zone 15 as described in the Resolution Initiating Proceedings and in the engineer's Report. 5. The Board hereby CONFIRMS the assessment diagram and assessment contained in the Engineer's Report, and LEVIES the assessment for the fiscal year 1988-1989.
