THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on July 26, 1988 by the following vote:

SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map, Subdivision Agreement and
Road : Improvement Agreement for Subdivision 6769,
Martinez Area.
The following documents were presented for Board approval
this date:
I. The Final Map of Subdivision 6769 , property located in
the Martinez area, said map having been certified by
the proper officials.
II. A Subdivision . Agreement with Hidden Pond Partners,
subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete
all improvements as required in said Subdivision
Agreement within one year from the date of said
agreement.
Said agreement was accompanied by security to guarantee
the completion of road and drainage improvements as
required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as
follows:
A. Cash deposit (Auditor' s Deposit Permit No. 142950,
dated July 11, 1988) in the amount of $2 , 200 made
by C.K. Capital Management Corporation.
B. Additional security in the form of a corporate
surety bond dated July 7, 1988, and issued by
Indemnity Company of California (Bond No. 959831S)
with Hidden Pond Partners as principal, in the
amount of $217, 100 for faithful performance and
$109, 650 for labor and materials.
III. A Road Improvement Agreement with Hidden Pond Partners,
developer, whereby said developer agrees to complete
all improvements as required in said road Improvement
Agreement within one year from the date of said
agreement. Improvements generally consist of a left
turn pocket on Reliez Valley Road at Donegal Way.
Said agreement was accompanied by security to guarantee
the completion of road and drainage improvements as
required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as
follows:
A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 143001,
dated July 12, 1988) in the amount of $1, 000, made
by Placer Title Company Escrow Trust.
B. Additional security in the form of a cash deposit
(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 143001, dated July
12 , 1988) in the amount of $10, 250 ($6, 500 for
faithful performance and $3 ,750 for labor and
materials) made by Placer Title Company Escrow
Trust.

IV. Letter from .the County Tax Collector stating that there
are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the
property included in said map and that the 1987-88 tax
lien has been paid in full and the 1988-89 tax lien,
which became a lien on the first day of March, 1988 , is
estimated to be $15, 000.
Said tax letter was accompanied by security to
guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title 9
of the County Ordinance Code in the form of a surety
bond, No. 959834S, issued by Indemnity Company of
California with Hidden Pond Partners as principal, in
the amount of $15,000 guaranteeing the payment of the
estimated tax;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together
with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED
to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and
this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any
of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to
public use.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement and
Road Improvement Agreement is also APPROVED.
