Adopted this Order on December 18, 1984 by the following vote:

ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
RESOLUTION NO. 84/776
SUBJECT: Authorization to Proceed with Abatement on Flood Control District
Property, One Glade Lane, Alamo Area, Project No. 7520-688536.
WHEREAS the Chief Engineer has reported that it is of utmost
urgency that the structure on Flood Control District owned property at
One Glade Lane, Alamo be abated immediately as it is in disrepair and
an attractive nuisance, and that staff has not found a government agency
interested in using the structure and assuming responsibility for it; and
WHEREAS funding for the above work estimated to cost $14,000 is
available from Flood Control Zone 3B.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board, as the governing
body of Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District,
that the Chief Engineer is authorized to proceed with said abatement by
the force account method.
