This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Act
(Gov. C. §§ 56000-57550 ) .
This proposal is for annexation of the subject territory
to County Service Area L-100, and the purpose of the proposed
change of organization is to allow efficient provision of lighting
service to the subject territory. The exterior boundaries of the
subject territory are as described in Exhibit A hereto.
The terms and conditions for the proposal, as specified by
the Local Agency Formation Commission, are that:
The boundaries of the annexation be as described in
Exhibit A.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing bonded
indebtedness of County Service Area L-100 . The regular county
assessment roll will be used for the collection of taxes and
assessments in the subject territory.
After public hearing on this proposal, this Board hereby
approves and Girders this proposal, subject to the aforestated
terms and conditions.

EXHIBIT A
A portion of the Rancho San Ramon more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly line of Parcel Three of that deed to
P. Courtright, recorded May 1, 1967 in Book 5358 at Page 427 of Official Records
of Contra Costa County at the intersection thereof with the westerly line of
that Parcel described in the deed to the county of Contra Costa recorded July 14,
1969 in Book 5919 at Page 539 of Official Records of said county, thence along
said westerly line and the southerly extension thereof, said line being a curve
concave to the West, having a radius of 558 feet, from a radial which bears
South 71°58152" West, through a central angle of 14°42'29", a distance of 143.24
feet; thence South 3018'38" East 25.93 feet; thence along the arc of a curve,
concave to the northwest, having a radius of twenty feet, through a central
angle of 57°57'25", a distance of 20.23 feet to a point of compound curvature;
thence along the arc of a curve, concave to the northwest, having a radius of
1490 feet, from a radial which bears North 35°21'13" West, through a central
angle of 6045'39", a distance of 175.81 feet to a point on the westerly line of
the aforementioned Parcel Three; thence along said westerly line North 19030'18"
West, 200.96 feet to the northerly line of said Parcel , thence along said
northerly line North 66002142" East, 215.15 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing an area of 0.855 acres, more or less.
