SUBJECT: Reemployment Privileges - Jackie L. Davis
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
Resolution No. 87/558
WHEREAS the Personnel Director has reviewed the status of former
employee Jackie L. Davis, Employee # 25575 and has determined that she
misunderstood the Personnel Management Regulations as they applied to her
timely request for reemployment privileges in the classified service due, to her
dual status as a classified and an exempt employee at one time and then, her
later change in status due to her resignation and rehire as an exempt employee
only; and
WHEREAS the Personnel Director has recommended that Ms. Davis' request
for reemployment privileges as a Supervising Clerk in the classified service by
granted;
Be it hereby RESOLVED that Jackie L. Davis, Employee # 25575, be
granted reemployment privileges as a Supervising Clerk for the period of
9/30/86 through 9/30/88. Other provisions of the Personnel Management
Regulations, Section 613, shall apply.
