ABSTAIN : None RESOLUTION NO. 87/518
SUBJECT : In the Matter of Supplement No . 61 to County -State
Master Agreement No . 04- 5928 , Lone Tree Way Overlay
project, Brentwood area, State Project No . RS- A600(2 ) ,
County Project No. 0662- 6R4087-85
WHEREAS , a County-State Master Agreement No . 04- 5928 for Federal
Aid projects has been approved by the Board on June 21 , 1977 ; and
The Public Works Director having recommended Program Supplement
No. 61 , which provides $670 ,000 in Federal and State funds for
the placement of an asphalt concrete overlay on Lone Tree Way
between State Route 4 and the Antioch city limits , be approved .
NOW , THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , that the Chair of the Board of
Supervisors is AUTHORIZED to execute Program Supplement No. 61 .
