HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 07281987 - 87-456 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on July 28, 1987 by the following vote : AYES: Stipervisors .Powers , Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson & McPeak NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 87/456 SUBJECT: Approval of the Road Improvement Agreement for DP 3012-85 , Martinez Area. The following document was presented for Board approval this date for DP 3012-85, property located in the Martinez area. A Road Improvement Agreement with Grupe Properties Company, developer , whereby said developer agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Road Improvement Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement . Improvements generally consist of frontage improvements on Pacheco Boulevard. Said document was accompanied by the following : Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows : I . Cash deposit ( Auditor ' s Deposit Permit No . 126757 , dated July 6 , 1987 ) in the amount of $1 ,000 , made by Grupe Properties Company. II . Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond dated June 26, 1987 , and issued' by United Pacific Insurance Company ( Bond No . U680875 ) with Grupe Properties Company as principal , in the amount of $12 ,430 for faithful performance and $6 , 715 for labor and materials . NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said Road Improvement , Agreement is APPROVED. I hereby certify that this is a true and correct co y of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of supervisors on the date shown.
