SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Encroachment Permit No. 1461-2796,
Subdivision 6320, Richmond Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the
improvements located in the County for the City of Richmond Subdivision
6320 have been completed as provided in the Encroachment Permit
No. 1461-2796 with Dame' Construction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Castro Ranch Road as
shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 6320
filed September 21, 1984 in Book 283 of Maps at page 5 , Official Records
of Contra Costa County is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County road;
I hereby certify that fhis is a true and cor:ectcapy of
an action, taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on tha date shown.
