HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 09161986 - 86-555 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA pp Adopted this Order on September 16, 1986 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 86/555 SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 6484, West Pittsburg Area. The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: The Final Map of Subdivision 6484, property located in the West Pittsburg area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; A Subdivision Agreement with The Anden Group, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement; Said documents were accompanied by: I . Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 113341 , dated September 3, 1986) in the amount of $5,400 made by Hicks and O'Brien. B. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond dated July 28, 1986, and issued by Integrity Insurance Company (Bond No. ICB 011 184) with The Anden Group as principal , in the amount of $537,400 for faithful performance and $271,400 for labor and materials. II . Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1985-86 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1986-87 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of March, 1986, is estimated to be $9,900; III . Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code in the form of a surety bond, No. ICB 011 183, issued by Integrity Insurance Company with The Anden Group as principal , in the amount of $9,900 quaranteeing the payment of the estimated tax; Said Subdivision is in the West Pittsburg Area of Benefit as established by Board Resolution No. 85/572, which provides for the collection of fees at the time the Subdivision Final Map is filed. It was the intent, however, that the fees for this subdivision be collected when the building permits are issued, not when the final map is filed. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County' s general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also APPROVED.
