HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 08051986 - 86-469 AUG - 7 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on August 5, 1986 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 86/469 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements,and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads, Subdivision 5426, Lafayette Area. The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improve- ments in Subdivision 5426 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Frumenti Development Corporation heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY May 12, 1981 United Pacific Insurance Company Bond No. U346094 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 5426 filed May 15, 1981, in Book 2.51. of Maps at page 27, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to he County Roads.
