HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 08121986 - 86-483 I3 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on August 12, 1985 by the followinq vote: AYES: Supervisors Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor Fanden ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO.36/483 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements and Approval of the Final Map for 'Subdivision 6079, Walnut Creek Area. The Public Works Director notified this Board that subsequent to the Board's approval of the Final Map Subdivision 6079 (Resolution No. 86/64, dated February ll., 1.986) the map was lost by the Title Company prior to being delivered to the Recorder's Office for recording, and a new map was prepared. The Public Works Director also notified this Board that the improvements for Subdivision 6079 have been completed with the exception of minor deficiencies, for which a $4,n00 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 103761., dated January 30, 1986) was made by Norman E. Bottorff to insure their corrections and that such improvements have been constructed without the need for a Subdivision Aqreement. The following document was presented for Board approval this date: The Final Map of Subdivision 6079, property located in the Walnut Creek area, said map having been certified by the proper officials: Said document was accompanied by I . Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1985-86 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1986-87 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of March, 1.986 is estimated to be $650. II. Security to guarantee the pavment of taxes as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code in the form of a cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 1.1.2010, dated August 1 , 19W made by Dorothy E. Bottorff in the amount of $550 guaranteeing the payment of the estimated tax; NOW. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 86/64 is RESCINDED. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the improvements in the above-named development have been COMPLETED..
