San Ramon Area. )
The following document was presented for Board approval this date:
The Final Map of Subdivision 6502, property located in the San Ramon
area, said map having been certified by the proper officials;
Said Final Map of Subdivision 6502 is a reversion to. acreage of
Lots 1 through 71 and Parcels A and B of Subdivision 5466, recorded August
3, 1981, in Book 2.55 of Maps at page 9.
On August 8, 1984, the San Ramon Valley Area Planning Commission
has resolved by Resolution 52-1984 (SR ) that the reversion to acreage
is appropriate and has recommended to this Board that the offers of dedication
of Mount Forrest Drive, Glenmont Circle, Glenmont Court, Claremoor Circle
and Claremoor Court be abandoned, based on the following findings:
1. The streets offered for dedication as above listed and shown
on the Final Map of Subdivision 5466, recorded August 3, 1981 ,
in Book 255 of Maps at page 9, are unnecessary for present
or prospective public purposes.
2. RWC California Company and D.B.A. Woodhill Development Company,
as sole owners of the property, have requested the reversions
to acreage and abandonment.
This Board hereby FINDS that the offer of dedication of Mount Forrest
Drive, Glenmont Circle, Glenmont Court, Claremoor Circle and Claremoor
Court for public use (shown on the Final Map of Subdivision 5466 (255
M 9)) have not been accepted and are unnecessary for present or prospective
use, and are HEREBY ORDERED VACATED (abandoned) .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision is DETERMINED
to be consistent with the County's General and Specific Plans.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this
Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets,
paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
