In the Matter of Recognition of the )
Services of the United States Navy ) RESOLUTION NO. 84/566
SEABEES , U-416, Naval Air Station, )
Alameda , California )
WHEREAS the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County
recognizes the extensive work done by the United States Navy
SEABEES , U-416, on the Contra Costa County Juvenile Hall playfield ,
and
WHEREAS the United States Navy SEABEES, U-416, provided
3,500 hours of community service in 1984 via the Juvenile Hall
Auxiliary; and
WHEREAS the United States Navy SEABEES provided invalu-
able labor and equipment for the benefit of juveniles under the
jurisdiction of the Contra Costa County Juvenile Court;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of
Supervisors DECLARES its appreciation for the services rendered .
PASSED by the Board of Supervisors on September 18, 1984
by unanimous vote of the Board members present .
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and
correct copy of a resolution entered on the minutes of the Board
of Supervisors on the date aforementioned .
