10 .vote . of two-,thirds or ir..ore of all -its members , RESOLVES THAT:
11 It finds and -determines and -hereby declares that the public
12. interest and necessity require,:
13 The acquisition, construction and completion by the County of
14 Contra. Costa, of a 'pub,l.ic 'improvement ; and in connection therewith
15 and necessary therefor, - the acquisition of fee simple title to
• 16 real property , and 'othe:^ interest (s ) , in real property as described
17. in. Ap.pendix.(s )..attached: hereto ;
18 Said proposed publJic , improvement is planned and located in
19 the manner which will .be most compatible with the greatest public
20, good, and .the: least private .:injury ;
21 This Board shal;l� acquire in .the name of the County of Contra
22 Costa, the said .re,af. roperty and interest (s) therein by donation,
. . 23 . purchase , or by""condemnation, in accordance with `;the provisions for
24 eminent domain in the Code -of Civil Procedure;

27. To acquire in the. County 's name , by condemnation, the titles ,.

APPENDIX "A" .
PARCEL 1 (HODGINS)
Portion of Lot 1 as said Lot is shown on the map of Tract 2441 , filed February 27,
1958 in Book 69 of Paps, at page 9, Records of Contra Costa County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of said Lot 1 , thence from said point of
beginning along the northeasterly line of said Lot 1 South 57° 46' 48" East 8.26
feet, thence leaving said northeasterly line South .17° 45' 16" West 67.44 feet,
thence southerly along a tangent curve to the left having a radius of 20.00 feet,
through a central angle of 660 31 ' 34" an arc distance of 23.22 feet to a point of
cusp with the southwesterly line of said Lot 1 , thence along said southwesterly
line of said Lot 1 North 48° 46' 18" West 8.72 feet, thence northerly along a
tangent curve to the right having a radius of 20.00 feet, through a central angle
of 660 31 ' 34" an arc distance of 23.22 feet to the westerly line of said Lot 1 ,
thence along said westerly line tangent to said curve North 170 45' 16" East 66.03
feet to the point of beginning.
Containing an area of 0.015 acres (639 square feet) of land more or less.
