(Govt. C. 25210.120 No. F-5, Martinez area. � 2. 210.15 and 25210.16) NOTICE OF PROPOSED FORMATION OF COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. F-5 The Board of Supervisors of Contra. Costa County RESOLVES 111HAT. NOTICE 13 HEREBY CION that this Board proposes to form County Service .,area No. F-5 to provide fare protection services within the area described in Exhibit Ile attached hereto. At 10-00 A.M. on Tuesday, September 26, 1967, in the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors, County Administration Building, I Martinez, California, the Beard of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing upon the request and proposed formation of County Service Area Pio. F-5. At the hearing the testimony of all interested persons or taxpayers will be beard for or against the establishment of County Service Area No. F-5, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein, and as to the extent of the area or the furnishing of extended services. The County Service Area is proposed to be established in the unincorporated area of this County and the name proposed for the area is "County Service area. No. F-5.4 rise protection services are proposed to be provided within the County Service ,area and except where funds are otherwise available from service charges, a tax sufficient to pay all services which are furnished on an extended basis will be annually levied upon all taxable property within such area. The Clerk of this Board is bereby directed to give notice of said proposed formation of County Service area No. F`5 by pub- lishing this notice pursuant to Government Code Section, 6061 in the "Morning News- azetteo" a newspaper of g+enera.l circulation in the area proposed of County Service Area No. P-15.
