HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCES - 09261995 - 95-41 i/ ORDINANCE NO. 95 - 41 (Excluding the Labor Relations Manager from the Merit System) The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors ordains as follows (omitting the parenthetical footnotes from the official text of the enacted or amended provisions of the County Ordinance Code): SECTION I: Section 33-5.307 of the County Ordinance Code is amended to exclude the labor relations manager to read: 33-5.307. County Administrator. The following positions in the county administrator's office are excluded: county administrator, chief assistant county administrator, assistant county administrator-finance, assistant county administrator, assistant county administrator-director of human resources, and labor relations manager. SECTION II: EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after passage, and within 15 days of passage shall be published once with the names of the supervisors voting for and against it in the CONTRA COSTA TIMES , a newspaper published in this County.
