.2, ORDINANCE NO. 87-60 AN ORDINANCE OF THE RIVERVIEW FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT RELATING TO FIRE SUPPRESSION SERVICE ASSESSMENTS The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, as and constituting the Board of Directors of the Riverview Fire Protection District, ordains as follows: SECTION I : PURPOSES . Ordinance 87-39 is herein amended to provide that initial assessments per parcel shall be the maximum allowed assessments for its term and to establish a local ordinance sunset limitation. SECTION II : Section 7 of Ordinance No. 87-39 is amended to read as follows : SECTION 7 . AMOUNT AND RATE OF ASSESSMENT. Section 15 of Ordinance No . 87-39 is amended to read as follows : SECTION 15 . SUNSET. Ordinance No. 87-39 and this ordinance shall be repealed and of no further force and effect beginning on July 1 , 1991 . SECTION IV. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after passage, and within 15 days of passage, shall be published once with the names of Supervisors voting for or against it in the Antioch Daily Ledger , a newspaper of general circulation published within the County and District . PASSED and ADOPTED on August 4 , 1987 1987 by the following vote .
