FISCAL IMPACT: Upon approval,this action will result in an annual cost savings, and is 100%funded by CCCNET funds. BACKGROUND: The Office of the Sheriff is requesting this action due to budgetary concerns. The part time (20/40) Clerk-Senior Level will be assigned to the Field Operations Bureau-Investigation Division of the Office of the Sheriff. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this request is not approved, the Office of the Sheriff will not have addressed its budgetary concerns to allow for the appropriate staffing level for the Narcotic Enforcement Team.
