Once both the WSB and local funds are received by MTC, a"notice to proceed"will be issued to
the consultant and work will commence. MTC will pay the consultant directly upon the receipt
of project deliverables. Please note that additional costs above and beyond P-TAP funds can be
added to the MTC contract with one caveat. The caveat being that the difference is sent to MTC
along with the local contribution. This project ends on September 30`h 2009. All costs must have
been encumbered and invoiced by that date.
As part of PTAP Round-10, you will receive two years of subscription to the online version of
the StreetSaver(the MTC Pavement Management System). Upon receipt of the local
contribution, we will send you an acknowledgement of the subscription.
If you have any questions, please call me at 510-817-5793 or Mr. Sui Tan at 510-817-5844.
Sincerely,
