(IEDA, Inc.) in an amount not to exceed $188,000 to provide labor relations and negotiation services during the period of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009. FISCAL IMPACT The total fiscal impact of this contract is $188,000 and the Human Resources Department has budgeted monies in fiscal year 2008-2009 for the execution of this contract. BACKGROUND IEDA has represented Contra Costa County in labor relations matters and has gained the respect of the County and of the employee organizations that represent the employees working for Contra Costa County.
