(Budgeted, 100% Federal funds) (District 1) FISCAL,IMPACT: This agreement is funded by the Federal Administration for Children and Families. These outcomes are achieved by offering comprehensive services, including high quality early childhood education, nutrition, and health services to low- income children throughout Contra Costa County. BACKGROUND: On November 27, 2007 the Board approved interagency agreement 38-865-2 between the County and West Contra Costa Unified School District for the provision of Early Head Start program enhancement services at Cameron School in EI Cerrito. This board order seeks to amend language regarding the development Individual Family Service Plans to better meet the needs of blind children served by this agreement. Approval of this amendment will allow the continued provision of these services.
