BACKGROUND: Mental health services to non Med-Cal eligible clients and services not covered by Medi-Cal for Medi-Cal eligible clients are federally mandated for adults and children involved in the Child Welfare Systema "This amendment services to increase the payment limit with no change in the contract term to provide mental health services to more clients than anticipated in original contract. 19-057-2
