The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
Application for the above-mentioned change in organization
was filed with the Local Agency Formation Commission' s Executive
Officer on August 22, 1984 .
On October 10, 1984 , the Local Agency Formation Commission
approved the Application, declared the territory proposed to be
annexed as legally uninhabited, designated the proposal as
"Subdivision 6412 Annexation to County Service Area L-42 (LAFC
84-37.) " and approved the boundary as shown in Exhibit A hereto.
The reason for the proposed annexation is to provide street
lighting services to the area in question.
At 10: 30 a.m. on Tuesday, December _�, 1984 in the Board' s
Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California,
this Board held a public hearing on the proposed annexation, when
all interested persons or taxpayers for or against the proposal
were heard.
In accordance with Government Code 556320, this Board hereby
finds that insufficient protests were filed to require an election
and hereby orders the territory annexed without election, subject
to any conditions imposed by the Local Agency Formation Commission.
The Clerk of this Board shall forthwith transmit a certified
copy of this Resolution, along with a remittance to cover any
applicable fees as provided by Section 56450 of the Government
Code, to the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation
Commission.

All that certain real property located in the County of Contra Costa,
State of California, being Parcel A of Subdivision MS 34-83, as shown on the
parcel map filed in Book 107 of Parcel Maps at Page 27, more particularly
described as follows: .
Beginning at the most southeasterly corner of that certain parcel of land
described in the deed to Contra Costa Water District, recorded May 25, 1966, in
Book 5128, at Page 503 of Official Records; thence South 09.30'55" East, 1912.70
feet to a 1" iron pipe tag LS3936, said point being the southwesterly corner of
that parcel of land described in the deed to Memory Gardens of Contra Costa, A
Corporation, recorded September 23, 1952, in Book 1995, at Page 593 of Official
Records; thence South 80.28'33" West, 1855.38 feet to the northwest corner of
that certain parcel of land described in the deed to Diamond Building as
described in the deed recorded in Book 13, at Page 11 of Official Records;
thence along the west line of said parcel (13 OR 11) and its southwesterly
prolongation South 07.39'20" West, 904.09 feet to the north right-of-way line
of Arnold Industrial Highway as shown on Drawing No. S-216.4 of the State of

09.45'23" West, 1008.91 to a point on the southerly line of said land granted
to Contra Costa Water (5128 OR 503) : Said point bears North 80.34'37" East,
2.21 feet from the most southwesterly corner of said Contra Costa Water

1147.79 to the Point of Beginning.
