GEOTECHNICAL REPORT AVAILABILITY NOTICE PARCELS A&B COA#21F Geotechnical reports that contain approved recommendations were prepared for this project by Engeo Engineering, Inc., on July 28, 2005, entitled "Geotechnical Exploration Lot 1 Las Quebradas Court". The report includes specific recommendations with respect to the development and maintenance of land within the Project. No foundation or structure should be constructed without review of this report. A copy of the reports is on file for public review in the Contra Costa Community Development Department.
