Sub 6473 duPont deNemours co roadway I THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on December 11, 1984 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, McPeak $ Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map ) RESOLUTION NO. 84/741 and Subdivision Agreement ) for Subdivision 6473 ) Oakley Area. 1 The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: The Final Map of Subdivision 6473, property located in the Oakley area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; A Subdivision Agreement with North State Development Company, sub- divider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement; Said documents were accompanied by: I. Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improve- ments as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 86526, dated December 4, 1984) in the amount of $2,900 made by Albert D. Seeno Construction. B. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond dated November 12, 1984, and issued by Employers Insurance of Wausau (Bond No. 0650-84-039973) with North State Development Company as principal , in the amount of $2.85,700 for faithful performance and $144,300 for labor and materials. II . Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1984-85 tax lien has been paid in full . NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consis- tent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Man is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its desiqn and improvement, is DETERMINED to be con- sistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
