RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Position Adjustment Resolution Number 20294, Adding one (1) full-time (40/40) Nursing Shift Coordinator(VWHH) at
salary level B85-1955 ($7,115-$8,649) [Unrepresented]
FISCAL IMPACT:
Upon approval, there will be a total annual cost of $187,221 which will be funded by Enterprise I and will be offset by the
future cancellation of a Nursing Program Manager position. This action will result in a net county cost of$26,398.
BACKGROUND:
The Health Services Department is requesting the addition of this position as part of a settlement agreement.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this request is not approved, the County will be violating the terms of the settlement agreement.
