RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE Appropriation Adjustment No. 5003 authorizing the transfer of appropriations in the amount of $22,352 from the Sheriffs Office to Fleet Services for the purchase a new patrol vehicle to support the Interdepartmental Service Agreement between the Sheriff's Office and the Health Services Department to provide security at the Regional Medical Center and Clinics. (All Districts) II. FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE. There is no change in net county cost. III. BACKGROUND: The Office of the Sheriff is purchasing a new patrol vehicle to support the Interdepartmental Service agreement between the Sheriff's Office and the Health Services Department to provide security for the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Clinics as executed by the Board of Supervisors on July 25, 2006.
