FISCAL IMPACT None. All costs to be reimbursed by City of Walnut Creek. In fiscal year 2003-04 the Department began contracting with the City of Walnut Creek to administer their home rehabilitation program. In fiscal year 2004-05, six loans were executed on behalf hof City of Walnut Creek for a total of $321,500. B. In fiscal year 2005-06, four loans were executed on behalf of City of Walnut Creek for a total of $321,500. C. For Fiscal Year 2006-07, the City of Walnut Creek has approved and authorized the expenditure of Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars $320,000 in redevelopment funds for a housing rehabilitation program for owner-occupants of single-family homes. D. County has the demonstrated experience and qualifications to operate a housing rehabilitation program. E. This is the fourth year the County will contract with the City of Walnut Creek for these services. The Agreement will result in $67,200 in revenue to the County for costs related to the implementation of the Program. F. The term of the agreement is July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007.
