FISCAL IMPACT None. All costs to be reimbursed by City of Antioch. For:; fiscal year 2006-07, the City of Antioch has approved and authorized the expenditure of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) total from Community Development Block funds ($217,600) and Antioch Redevelopment Agency funds ($282,400) for a housing rehabilitation program for owner-occupants of single-family homes. The City has also approved and authorized the expenditure of Eighty One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Nine Dollars ($81,329) in revolving loan fund income. These funds were received from repayments of loan principal and interest earned from loans previously made with City Community Development Block Grant Funds for owner-occupied housing rehabilitation loan program for single-family residences in Antioch. County has the demonstrated experience and qualifications to operate a housing rehabilitation program under the Community Development Block Grant Program. This is the nineteenth year the County has contracted with the City of Antioch for these services. The Agreement will result in $122,079 in revenue to the County for costs related to the implementation of the Program.
