Many of ' these improvements will require routine maintenance for the life of the improvements. It has been identified that an additional landscape and lighting maintenance assessment district will be required for Montalvin Manor in order to maintain any new improvements within Montalvin Manor. When established, the new assessment imposed will solely be for Montalvin Manor property owners. Services to create a new Montalvin Manor Landscape and Lighting Assessment District include: Phase I - preparation of annexation information; Phase II - preparation of notices, ballots, and tabulation during the election process; and Phase III — property owner assistance. Upon completion, an amendment to the Public Works Engineer's Report will be prepared and presented to the Board of Supervisors for approval.
