By unanimous vote of the Board, consideration to take a position, in returning SB 3, a bill to establish a double fine zone on Vasco road in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties, to Governor Schwarzenegger for signature was heard. There were no requests to speak on the matter. The Board of Supervisors DIRECTED staff to draft a letter to Governor Schwarzenegger urging his support.
