The Contra Costa Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that: f
Based on the recommendations of the District III Supervisor,and pursuant to County Ordinance Code �
Sections 46-2.002-46-2.01-.the following traffic regulation is established(and other action taken as
indicated):
Pursuant to Section-2I 101(b) of the California Vehicle Code.the intersection of Point
of Timber Road(Road \-o. 89-53) and Preston Drive(Road No. 93-57CP)to the south.
and Grand Wax-(Private Road)to the north is hereby declared to be a stop intersection
and all vehicles traveling on all roadways shall stop before entering said intersection.
