Health Center, an innovative, community based program,`andij Whereas, Ms Foran worked closely with First-Five Contra.Costa-staff to provide vision,=,direction and support to establish,,the Cominission's structure and'direction, and Whereas, Ms ,Foran nurtuf6d-and supported the Richmond Health Cor ee's Quilt of.,Many Colors project to promote understanding and awareness^about dtversrty;issues, and Whereas Ms. Foran provided the vision and energy for creating CCI IS' Reducing Health Disparities Initiative NOW THEREFORE BE°-IT.RESOLVED that the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors declares July 18, 2006 to be "Mary Foran Day:in Contra Costa County' AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the„Board of Supervisors recognizes and thanks Mary Foran for her outstanding and inspirational leadership for two decades on behalf of the residents of Contra Costa and the employees of Contra Costa Health Services.
