HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09132005 - C47 l IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION NO. 2005/581 PROTECTING THE RIGHTS OF CONTRA COSTA RESIDENTS WHEREAS, Contra Costa County recognizes the Constitution of the United States of America to be the supreme law of the land and all elected officials are sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America and the State of California in discharging their duties;and WHEREAS, Contra Costa County is home to a diverse population,including citizens from other nations, whose contributions to the community are significant and important to all; and it is in the purview of local government to ensure the protection of the rights of all Contra Costa County residents.
