BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): Acceptance of this Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes is necessary to satisfy Condition of Approval number 31, which states that additional Right of Way along Bear Creek Road shall be conveyed to the County. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: This Offer of Dedication will not be accepted for recording and Condition of Approval number 31 will not be satisfied.
