Background Information The intent of this map is for large lot delineation and to act as a financing mechanism for conveyance. Windemere BLC Land Company, L.L.C. has requested that this final map be filed in order to meet the financial obligations set forth by their partnership agreement. The proposed final map subdivides the existing 3 lots into 22 lots.
