(Project No. 0662-684126-03 SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDED ACTION: ADOPT Resolution No.2004/ 485 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Bay Cities Paving &Grading,Inc. for the Oak Road Right Turn Lane and Signal Modifications project,as recommended by the Public Works Director, Pleasant Hill area. FISCAL IMPACT. Project was funded by Redevelopment Agency Funds. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS AND BACKGROUND: The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans,special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of August 26, 2004. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Contractor will not be paid& acceptance notification will not be recorded.
